REBECCA FLOWERDAY - Director

Rebecca is the inspiration that created managemyproperty because of her commitment to investment property as a strategy for her own personal wealth creation. She owns several properties in Wellington and is currently casting her eye around the rest of New Zealand as her knowledge of the market expands. She is also interested in the international property market.

As a qualified Project Management Professional, Rebecca has worked in the telecommunications and Government arenas. Her wider business experience includes setting up specialist retail shops in Wellington and Christchurch, and creating and implementing new systems for both large corporates and Government organisations.

She brings organisation, professional polish and practical sanity to managemyproperty.

She's a good cook too, and mixes a mean Marguerita.

She's recently completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in both Human Resource Management and Commercial Law, and also a Bachelor of Tourism Management degree at Victoria University in Wellington. In between all this acheivement Tamara has also completed courses and workshops dealing with residential propery, and is eager to learn more.
 
As an active property investor in the Hutt Valley and a member of the Capital Property Investors Association, Tamara has learned how to create systems and make sure they are running smoothly to best manage any rental property.
 
Slightly OCD, she brings a higher level of order to the office, and by maintaining reliable and functional systems on arrears, vacancies, inspections and rent reviews she ensures that everyone is happy at the end of each day.

GLENYS COOK - Office Oracle

Glenys comes to us with a long background in the Real Estate industry, having worked with many of the leading sales agents around Wellington for a number of years. As the latest addition to the Wellington City office, her process driven attitude keeps everyone else in line, on their toes, and on top of their game. Dotting the i's and crossing the t's accurately describes the vital role Glenys plays in the team. 

Co-ordinating regular inspections, running everyone's diary, and ensuring communication channels are clear and open are her strengths. She's also responsible for completing our rigourous Trust Account banking processes every day and making sure that tenants are paying their rents on time and not falling behind.
