HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
That's a very good question. Before we go into some detail, consider this - if your investment property is rented out for, say, $300 per week, your property manager is going to work out costing you about $30 including gst PER WEEK. With your investment property worth many thousands of dollars, think how much other professionals will charge PER HOUR to give you their services, and weigh that up against the minimal cost of having such a valuable asset professionally looked after.
You will be charged the following Management fees or commission (plus GST) for our services:
- A Management Fee of 8% of all rents collected
- A Maintenance Fee of 8% of invoices paid on your behalf (up to a limit of $500)

All management fees and charges are subject to variation. managemyproperty will notify you in writing 30 days prior to any changes or alterations in fees and charges. All fees and charges are quoted excluding GST, which is levied as a separate itemised charge.
